ORDERS, SHIPPING & RETURNS

OZHIPHOPSHOP ONLINE SHIPPING INFORMATION

- Once your order has been placed online, we will process and ship it within 2 working days.

- We process online orders Monday to Friday from 8am - 5pm Queensland time.

- You will receive tracking advice from Australia Post(If you included your email address with your order).

- Delivery times normally take 5 - 7 business days.

- If you have problems with your online order please email info@ozhiphopshop.com any time and we will respond as soon as possible during office hours.

OZHIPHOPSHOP SHIPPING COSTS

- Please note all prices on this website are in 'AUD' unless stated otherwise.

- Australian orders can take 1-10 working days from the date of payment to be received. We have different shipping options that you can choose from when you're in the checkout so you can decide how quickly you want your goods!

- International orders including New Zealand may take 1 to 3 weeks to arrive.

OZHIPHOPSHOP RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

- You can return your online purchase within 30 days.

- We will exchange or issue a credit note if you require another size/fit so long as the item is in its original, unworn and resalable condition including tags, stickers, boxes, casing etc.

- Product purchased during a promotional sale, or any other promotional/discounted product may not be exchanged or returned. Promotional product is priced accordingly due to being last in size or at the end of their run.

- Full priced products may be returned and customers must pay postage to return items to Ozhiphopshop.com.

- All goods must arrive in their original, unworn and resalable condition including tags, stickers, boxes, casing etc.

- If you return the item without its original packaging, we cannot process your return and we will send the item back to you as is and charge you for delivery.

- Please note - while we take all the care possible to ensure that you receive your goods, we cannot take responsibility for any damages or loss incurred during the delivery.

OZHIPHOPSHOP REFUND POLICY

- We are more then happy to exchange or issue online credit for any full priced items. - You can return your online purchase for a refund within 30 days to Ozhiphopshop.com.

- We will refund any items with manufacturing faults that are returned in original packaging.

- We do not refund items that have been worn or damaged through wear and tear.

- You'll need to send us your original invoice along with the item in its original packaging and condition.

- We do not refund products if you change your mind.

When requesting a credit or assessment for a refund please forward all information to: info@ozhiphopshop.com with as many details of your order as possible. Orders simply sent back with no proof of purchase or your contact information cannot be processed.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA)

Please note that International (including New Zealand) orders may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes unique to your country.

This is normally based on items being over a certain value set by your local authority. These taxes are out of our control and we cannot pre pay these taxes. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be. Ozhiphopshop will not mark your package as a "sample" or "gift" to avoid these taxes.

1 Delivery times are dependant on third party suppliers Australia Post and DHL. Factors outside of Ozhiphopshops control such as, but not limited to weather, customs processing times and unforeseeable circumstances may cause delays on expected delivery times.

If your item has been damaged in transport please contact Australia Post Compensation
